NEXT LIGHTHOUSE GROUP SUPPORT MEETING
Friday, October 8th, 2010Hi Everyone
Just to let you know that the date of the next Lighthouse Group support meeting at The Barley Mow, Milford, Stafford, ST17 OUH is on Monday 18th October starting at 7.30pm. Please come and join us for a chat with other parents/carers of youngsters with ADHD. Everyone is welcome including, friends, relatives and anyone else who is interested. We have a reserved area – please ask the bar staff and they will let you know where we are.
If you would like to come along but find it too daunting to join in with a group of people you don’t know, please ring us on 07754 822288 and we will try and arrange for you to meet up with someone beforehand.

LIGHTHOUSE GROUP GOES LIVE ON AIR
Monday, October 4th, 2010In a study published on 30th September 2010 in The Lancet, Cardiff University scientists revealed they found the first direct genetic link to ADHD.
BBC Radio Stoke news broadcasted this information the same day and decided to contact The Lighthouse Group to request a live interview. Many thanks to Sue Popham, one of the group members, for agreeing to do this and for managing to very successfully convey so many important issues about ADHD to the listeners.
